ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program

This contract is established to fund the accreditation fees for the Clinical Nurse Transition Program at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, spanning from August 2025 to September 2030. The program trains newly graduated, bachelor-prepared nurses through a six-month transition to practice, with the goal of maintaining high standards of quality and accreditation recognized by the ANCC. The contract includes a one-time application fee and annual fees for four subsequent years, covering the costs associated with sustaining the program’s accreditation, which is vital for supporting the training of 20-25 Army nurses annually and ensuring the delivery of high-quality inpatient medical-surgical nursing services. All services under this contract are to be performed virtually at the contractor’s facilities, with no in-person visits or travel costs involved. The contractor will handle the accreditation process, submit necessary documentation, and provide support through email and virtual learning sessions. Womack Army Medical Center’s CNTP staff are responsible for providing documentation and reports to support accreditation renewal each year. The contract is a sole-source requirement with the ANCC, and responses from interested vendors should include capabilities statements by May 23, 2025.
