Solicitation SPE7L3-26-T-256Y is a total small business set-aside request for quotations issued by the Department of Defense, specifically the DLA Land and Maritime agency, for the procurement of seven steel right-hand brake pressure plate anchors under NSN 2530-00-337-6922. The items are designated as critical application hardware requiring a forging process for manufacture and must adhere to technical data package Revision A Gen 1. Delivery is required by June 15, 2027, with shipping terms set as FOB Origin under the First Destination Transportation program. The contract mandates strict quality and security compliance, including a requirement for all units to undergo magnetic particle inspection with results available for government review prior to acceptance at the origin. Manufacturers must maintain an inspection system complying with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001. Due to the nature of the technical data, the project is subject to ITAR and EAR export controls, requiring contractors to have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Additionally, the award requires compliance with CMMC Level 2, the Buy American Act, and specialty metal requirements per DFARS. Invoicing and payment must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
