Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the supply and installation of rock socketed steel pipe piles, installation of floating wharves, construction of reinforced concrete walkway and supply and installation of electrical at Black’s Harbour. The location is located at Black’s Harbour Wharf, Charlotte County, in the Province of New Brunswick. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.119160.002 forming part of the bid document. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2023.
The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category: $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 (HST included)
Inquiries: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Edward Johnston, telephone - (506) 343-6382, email - edward.johnston@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries are to be made in accordance with S102 - Enquiries During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS). Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference, and form part of the tender and contract documents.
