Harbour revitalization /St-Godefroi - Gaspesia
PROJECT AND WORK DESCRIPTION : The Revitalization work at the fishing harbour of St-Godefroi in the Gaspesia region includes, without limitation, the following work: -Partial demolition of unloading wharf # 402 and slipway # 501 -Dredging works for cribwork installation -Temporary stockpile of dredged sediments in the service area and the disposal of demolition materials that cannot be reintroduced in the new works as well as the disposal of Class A-B contaminated sediments. -Supply of treated wood, plastic sheathing, galvanized bolts and concrete slab for the reconstruction of wharf #402. -Supply and installation of concrete slabs and multi blocks retaining walls for reconstruction of slipway #501 -Supply of granular materials and leveling and compaction work behind the new wharf and slipway to build granular base and rolling surface of the services area. -Electrical work to provide dockside services for new wharf #402.
TRANSMISSION OF BIDS:
Bidders must submit their bids electronically using the Canada Post Corporation (CPC) Connect service for the purpose of this bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids electronically to Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) bid receiving units; it allows the secure electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Please refer to SI06 - Submission of Bid for more information.
Bids in hard copy (delivered in person or by mail or courier) will not be accepted for this bid solicitation.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;
PERIOD OF WORK
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work on or before March 31st, 2023 except paving which must be completed on or before December 2nd, 2023.
