Annual Asset Management Progress Update - Two Year Contract - 2027 and 2028 for the Town of East Gwillimbury

The Town of East Gwillimbury is seeking qualified proponents for a two-year contract covering 2027 and 2028 to provide Annual Asset Management Progress Updates. The scope of work includes State of Infrastructure reviews, performance monitoring, and the preparation of planning updates in accordance with Section 9 of O. Reg. 588/17. Key deliverables consist of draft and final progress update reports, executive summaries, and the facilitation of a Council Education Workshop for the 2027 update. Proposals must be submitted by September 21, 2026, and are evaluated based on a 100-point scale, with 80 points allocated to technical merit and 20 points to the fee structure. Technical evaluation focuses on team qualifications, project understanding, and the proposed approach. Mandatory requirements include compliance with the AccessAbility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and the maintenance of significant insurance coverages, including 5 million dollars in Commercial General Liability and 2 million dollars in Professional Liability. The contract is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and requires key personnel with demonstrated municipal asset management experience and a proven record of developing compliant regulatory reports.
