PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUSLY INTERESTED AND IF YOU DO NOT PERFORM THIS REQUIREMENT. The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks interested parties for the Annual Chiller Maintenance and Inspection. The below tasks will be performed on two Trane Chillers model #CVHF485 at FDC Honolulu Powerhouse in compliance with all trade standards and codes. Services will conform to all technical standards and guidelines outline in the Trane specifications and technical documentation for the applicable model number. -Shut down, Lockout and tag chillers to make them safe for work. -Isolated chilled water valves, set up the hot water heater equipment and raised the refrigerant pressure for refrigerant 123. -Remove and replace oil filters. -Take oil samples. -Provide oil analysis report for samples taken. -Remove, replace, and purge oil filter. -Remove and replace purge filter dryers. -Leak check entire system of each chiller. -Inspect and brush/clean condenser water tubes. -Megohm Compressors. -Service motor starter, remove start and run contactor. -Disassemble and check all contacts and connections. -Clean magnet. -Log chiller readings and check chiller operations -Check safeties. -A written report of all findings and recommendations will be provide to FDC Honolulu Facilities Department within 14 days of completion. FDC Honolulu is seeking small business for this service.
