Annual Contract - Demolition of Relocatable Buildings Districtwide

Granite School District is seeking a single award for an annual contract to provide demolition services for relocatable buildings across its district, issued under Invitation for Bids JF27-006-IFB with a NAICS code of 238910. The contract will commence on July 26, 2026, and extend through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms, creating a maximum five-year duration. Bidders must submit pricing separately for six distinct service categories based on building size—single, double, and triple or larger—and whether demolition occurs on a weekday or weekend/holiday, with each bid unit priced as a lot. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be selected, with evaluation based on pass/fail criteria including demonstrated responsibility, competence, resources, and prior performance with GSD, alongside bid price. All work must comply with strict technical specifications, including demolition of structures up to triple size (28’x64’ or larger), legal removal and disposal of debris, and completion within two weeks of the agreed-upon schedule.
