Annual Creek Clean Up Services And Native Garden Maintenance

The City of Menlo Park seeks proposals for a three-year service agreement for the monthly maintenance of two municipal native gardens (at Alma St./East Creek Dr. and Bedwell Bayfront Park) and the coordination and execution of the annual Coastal Cleanup Day event along San Francisquito Creek. The selected contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment for garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, and trash pickup. Responsibilities also include facilitating public volunteer workdays and managing all aspects of the annual cleanup event, including agency registration, volunteer recruitment and management, event staffing, and coordination with waste disposal services. The contractor is required to submit detailed quarterly progress reports covering financials, volunteer data, materials used, and maintenance metrics.
