Annual Street Resurfacing Program - Cycle 2 Measure P - MP2026

The City of Vallejo is preparing to implement the Annual Street Resurfacing Program Cycle 2 under Measure P, focusing on comprehensive rehabilitation of existing roadways throughout the city. Work will include pavement treatments such as rubberized cape seal applications, cold planing, localized base repairs, installation of a Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer, and asphalt overlays of varying thicknesses, alongside wedge and conform grinding and utility cover adjustments. Concrete curb and gutter systems will be replaced where damaged, ADA-compliant curb ramps will be constructed, and all pavement striping, markings, and raised pavement markers will be renewed to ensure visibility and safety.
