Full Description

This is the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support synopsis for FY 2017 orders to be placed under Basic Ordering Agreement N0010413GA302 for the repair, modification and servicing as appropriate for various items to support weapon systems including UYA-4, WSC-6, GBS, and SWAN. Raytheon (9F358), Norfolk, VA is the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Subject items require Government source approval prior to contract award, as the items are mission critical/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support repair via full and open competition. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. NOTE: Due to system constraints, the solicitation number was modified to issue the annual synopsis. The actual BOA number ends in a 2, not an X. The actual BOA number is N00104-13-G-A302.
