This indefinite-quantity, fixed-price solicitation, issued by the DLA Weapons Support Maritime Supply Chain, is for the procurement of 571 antennas under NSN 5985-0152-11775. The items must strictly adhere to Rockwell Collins Drawing 013-1981, Revision G, dated January 27, 2004. Delivery is required within 98 days after receipt of order, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The procurement is not a small business set-aside, though it incorporates HUBZone price evaluation preferences. The contract mandates rigorous quality and security standards, including a CMMC Level 2 Self-Assessment and compliance with NIST SP 800-171. Packaging and marking must follow MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129, and DLA requirement RP001, with specific restrictions against the intentional addition of mercury. Because the items are export controlled, special markings per MIL-STD-129 are required. Payment and receiving reports must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Sampling for quality assurance will follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with a zero-nonconformance requirement for acceptance.
