The U.S. Navy, through the Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division, intends to sole source a firm fixed-price contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) to ACG for an Antenna System and Mounts required for the CH-53K helicopter platform. The procurement is non-competitive due to ACG being available only directly from the manufacturer, and all offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible. The solicitation number is N0042126Q1149, with responses due by April 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM, submitted exclusively via email to Annie Bohmann. The contract includes line items for specific RF components such as surge protectors, coaxial cables, connectors, mounting hardware, and custom antenna mounts, with full delivery required no later than June 1, 2026. Installation must be completed at the designated delivery site in Patuxent River, Maryland, and the contractor bears all risk of loss until delivery under FOB Destination terms. The Government will inspect and accept the equipment at Building 439, Suite F, Patuxent River. Electronic invoicing must be processed through WAWF, and all contractors must comply with cybersecurity requirements including DFARS 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2 for safeguarding Covered Defense Information. Additional compliance obligations include prohibitions on inverted domestic corporations, certain telecommunications equipment from restricted sources, hexavalent chromium, and procurement involving the Maduro regime or Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. Physical packaging must include “DO NOT SCAN” labels on boxes containing electronic equipment to prevent damage during inspection. No subcontracting clauses, security clearances, key personnel requirements, or option periods are specified, and no contract value is disclosed due to missing unit pricing. The acquisition is not a small business set-aside, and no formal evaluation factors or award basis are detailed in the provided documentation.
