The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with the vendor Biolegend Inc., 9727 Pacific Heights Blvd, San Diego, Ca., 92121-3719 for Antibodies. (1). Total Seq antibodies, quantity is total # of antibodies (169-line items x quantity of 2 each = 338 total), 2). Total Seq Isotype Ctl ab's, four each, (4-line items x quantity of 4 each = 16 total), 3). Total Seq Human Hastag ab's, one each set totals, quantity is total # of antibodies (14-line items x quantity of 1 each = 14 total, 4). Total Seq Mouse Hastag ab's, two each quantity total # of antibodies (15-line items x quantity of 2 each = 30 total, 5). Total Seq Custom Antibodies, quantity 2 each, 20 ug/vial, pair total, quantity is total # of ab's (8-line items x quantity of 2 = 16), 6). Total Seq Annevin V Antibody, 4 each, set totals, quantity total # of antibodies (1-line item x quantity of 4 each = 4 total) and 7). Total Seq antibodies, 4 each, set totals quantity is total # of antibodies (2-line items x quantity of 4 each = 8 total). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This will be a firm fixed price award in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
