The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Advanced Occupational Education Programs for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Safford, Arizona. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed prices. The responsible quoter will be accredited through a nationally recognized accrediting agency and be recognized by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611210 (Size Standard: $19.0 million). The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a base period of the Effective Date of Award through 12 months, with four 12 month option periods for renewal. A Government solicitation document to provide these services is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. The solicitation will be available on or about February 22, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
