This procurement is in support of the Apache Block III program and will provide AH-64E fielding assets as well as training assets. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii); "Only one or limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". This synopsis is issued as a Limited Competition Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number W58RGZ-17-R-0053.
