Reference #: DTOMZ05028 The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DISA/DITCO), Contracting Division, Hardware Section (DITCO/PL8322), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. DITCO will negotiate with and award a firm fixed price order to NetCentric Solutions, Inc., Mitchellville, MD, for the purchase of API Tempest Laptops (Eclipse Lightweight Powerhouse Laptop - must have Tempest Certificate issued by the National Security Agency). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested persons that believe they can meet the requirements must furnish written notification and sufficient detail to demonstrate their capabilities and their ability to comply with the requirement no later than 07 May 2010, 2:00 pm CDST. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The Government will not pay for any information provided.
