This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for FA5004-13-T-0009-Appliance-Repair. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 811412 with a $14M size standard. This RFQ contains 2 line items. The line item descriptions are as follows: The contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to furnish the following to Eielson AFB, AK. CLIN 0001 Appliance Parts IAW the attached SOW Qty: 1 LOT CLIN 0002 Appliance Labor Hours IAW the attached SOW Qty: 1600 Labor Hours. End Item Description. FOB point is Destination. The required period of performance of this contract is as follows in the attached solicitation. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov).
