Offers documents must be sent as email attachments.REQUIREMENTThe work for this project includes the application of galvanized coating to general steel components, structural sections, fabricated steel assemblies, threaded fasteners and dock frames. Largest dock size is 10' x 18.5' x 3'.The work will involve offloading components from Parks Canada trailer, Cleaning, hot dip galvanizing, storage while curing and the reloading finished product to Parks Canada Truck/Trailer in safe manner and in accordance with the requests of our driver.PERIOD OF THE STANDING OFFERThe period for making call-ups and providing services against the Standing Offer is from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 inclusive.If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional 3 periods, from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 and July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.The Offeror will be advised of the decision to authorize the use of the Standing Offer for an extended period by the Standing Offer Authority 30 days before the expiry date of the Standing Offer. A revision to the Standing Offer will be issued by the Standing Offer Authority.ENQUIRIESAll enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority.Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
