Application/Software Architect – Level 3

The Government of Canada, through the Department of Industry, is soliciting professional services for an Application/Software Architect Level 3 to provide specialized Salesforce architecture expertise in support of multiple digital modernization initiatives led by the Digital Technology and Services Stream. The requirement is focused on supplementing internal capacity with highly skilled architects to support planning, design, integration, implementation, and technical oversight across key programs including Health Emergency Readiness Canada, Measurement Canada Modernization, and the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy’s Estate Administration IT Modernization. This procurement is restricted exclusively to holders of the Treasury Board Information Technology Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement EN578-170432 who have qualified under Tier 1 for the A.1 Application/Software Architect category. The contract, if awarded, will have a two-year period of performance with an estimated level of effort of 240 days per year across nine resources. All proposers must meet minimum corporate and resource security requirements at the Secret level, although security clearances are not mandatory at bid submission.
