Each applicator unit must be securely packaged in sealed containers that protect against damage during shipping, complying with commercial packaging standards as specified in the procurement documents. The items are sourced from approved manufacturers including Redi Products, Medline Industries, and McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc., with bidders required to specify the company and part number they supply. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the destination, with no quantity variance allowed. This solicitation is managed by the Department of Defense's Medical Supply Chain MD Surgical FSF, with all technical and quality standards governed by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements.
