Solicitation # 83310127Q0007
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) is seeking to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for worldwide asset protection and recovery legal services. The scope of work includes the collection, servicing, legal enforcement, restructuring, and recovery of defaulted loan obligations from obligors and guarantors globally. Pricing is structured around a Due Diligence Fee and a Contingency Fee.
