Approvisionnement en unités de prêt-à-camper La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (Sépaq) demande des soumissions de fournisseurs intéressés à fournir et livrer soixante-seize (76) unités de prêt-à-camper sur commande pour des établissements de celle-ci. La proposition devra être accompagnée d’une lettre d’intention de la part d’une institution financière légalement habilitée à se porter caution, par laquelle celle-ci s’engage, dans l’éventualité d’un contrat entre le soumissionnaire et la Sépaq, à fournir au bénéfice de la Sépaq un cautionnement d’exécution d’un montant égale à dix pour cent (10 %) de la valeur de la commande initiale prévue au contrat. Le présent appel d’offres est assujetti aux accords de libéralisation des marchés publics suivants : Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC), Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO) et Accord économique et commercial global entre le Canada et l’Union européenne (AECG).
