All firm order deliverables must be received by March 1, 2027, at the 7 CF Supply Depot in Edmonton, Alberta, under DDP Incoterms 2020. This procurement is restricted to Canadian suppliers and is subject to the Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and Canadian Content in Strategic Federal Procurements. The selection process utilizes a combined rating method where the highest score is determined by technical merit (50%), price-per-unit (25%), and Canadian Value-Added (25%). Bidders must meet mandatory pass/fail requirements, including a minimum quantity of 80 units. The maximum available funding for this requirement is $6,572,250 CAD. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to the designated contracting authority by the specified deadline and must be organized into technical, financial, and declaration volumes.
