The project entails the evaluation of the District’s current facilities,including space utilization, building systems, and infrastructure capacity, andthe identification of opportunities to support future growth, operationalefficiency, and long-term planning with recommendations for achieving theseoutcomes. Required services will include, at a minimum, evaluation of existingconditions, identification of deficiencies, and development of conceptualoptions for renovation, reconfiguration, and expansion.Qualified respondentswill demonstrate experience and expertise in evaluating existing facilities,assessing infrastructure capacity, planning and enhancing space utilization,providing strategic recommendations to support long-term planning andorganizational growth, and planning long-range capital improvements for localgovernments or similarly situated public sector entities.This RFQ outlines the District’srequirements and expectations. The District will evaluate qualifications andselect a provider based on demonstrated competence and qualifications toperform the services. The District assesses experience, professional references,quality of work, and past performance, among other factors. As used herein, theterms “vendor,” “seller,” “contractor,” or any similar terms used to referencethe service professional shall mean the person or entity submitting a statementof qualifications in response to this request.
