The NRCS is soliciting quotes from Contractors for the completion of an impact assessment for proposed upgrades to the PMC. These upgrades would in part repurpose a currently underutilized storage area into a 1000 square foot training and conference space.


Details of the project are contained in the attached documents.


Questions must be submitted by 2:00pm Central Time on May 12, 2026. Questions and answers will be made public by solicitation amendment on SAM.gov.


Quotes are due by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on June 3, 2026, by email to Bobby Copenny, II, ContractSpecialist, at bobby.copenny@usda.gov.


This is a request for quote (RFQ) solicited using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13.


The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to construct the project outlined in statement of work and detailed in the specifications, drawings, and plans attached hereto.
