The City of Placerville is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for the phased tenant improvements at 681 Main Street. The project aims to consolidate and relocate all City services into this single facility, which is approximately 28,000 square feet. The first phase must prioritize the build-out of spaces for the Police Department, Public Works Administration, and Parks Department, with a critical target move-in date of January 2027.
