Bid #27-008: CalOptima is requesting qualifications from licensed architectural firms to provide design services for a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) center in Irvine, CA. The project involves the renovation of an existing 58,619 square foot, two-story building. The first floor (approx. 29,310 SF) will be designed as a PACE center, including a medical clinic, rehabilitation gym, dining area with a commercial kitchen, and activity rooms. The second floor will accommodate administrative support offices. The selected firm will act as the Architect of Record, providing complete architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering services.
