Architectural Services to Extend Baseball Fencing at Montebello High School

Bid #IRFB No. 07: The project requires architectural services to design an extension for the baseball fencing backstop at Montebello High School. The scope of work includes preparing engineered drawings that must be reviewed and approved by the Division of the State Architect (DSA). The selected architect will be responsible for attending a mandatory job walk, assisting the District with DSA Certification, reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Clarification (RFCs), providing construction administration, attending bi-weekly project status meetings, and reviewing and approving submittals and payment applications. Additionally, the architect may need to provide underground utility location and topographic services if required.
