CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents including but not limited to: A. Asphalt shall be Hot Mix Leveling Course fine type SP HMA mix Type SP-9.5 applied at 1 to 1.5 inches (SPEC 334, 339) (approx. 39,176 sf). e. All new concrete shall comply with Resolution R-1053-09 (Green Procurement Preference); Report on Miami-Dade County Green Purchasing Guide and be composed of a recycled aggregate. f. Finished leveling course asphalt shall have no more than a 2% cross slope. g. Repair areas affected by construction process to match existing areas. h. Contractor shall take ownership of all construction debris and dispose off site in accordance with local laws and regulations. i. Contractor shall restore all areas affected by the construction process to match existing.
