Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intend to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 to QinetiQ North America Inc, Technology Solutions Group 11091 Sunset hills road, Suite 500 Reston, VA 20190. The proposed contract will support the Arctic Submarine Laboratory. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
