AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2025-04-10 at 14:00. All bids submitted after 14:00 will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defense (DND) is seeking to procure 21 standoff chemical detection and identification systems in support of the Area Detection and Identification System (ADIS) project. Operational and maintenance training services and in-service support services will also be required. The ADIS will provide an early warning to Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) personnel of incoming Chemical Warfare Agents and Toxic Industrial Chemical threats. The acquisition contract will last 3 years and the in-service support contract may last up to 10 years.
