DND has a requirement for discrete Backpack Radiation Detectors to support operations and training. This equipment will be used in both autonomous or networked modes for rapid detection, identification and localization of radiological substances.
DND has an initial requirement for a quantity of eight (8) Backpack Radiation Detectors, Training and In-Service Support. The contract will include options for more detectors and training serials.
Notes:
i) A soft copy of the NDA will be provide upon request;
ii) RFP AMD001 has been raised to corrected a reference to address question #2 in the Q&A;
iii) RFP AMD002 has been raised to extend the bid solicitation closing date from Jan. 10 to Jan.17, 2025;
iv) RFP AMD003 has been raised to extend the bid solicitation closing date from Jan. 17 to Jan. 24, 2025;
