The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways District 10, is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase contract for guardrail and guardrail components. The procurement includes 13 foot 6 inch guardrail elements, terminal section buffer ends, steel guardrail posts, base plate mounted guardrail posts, and various bolts and nuts. All items must be new and unused, adhering to the West Virginia Department of Transportation Division of Highways Standard Detail for Guardrail Elements and the 2023 Edition Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. The contract will be awarded to the vendor meeting all technical specifications with the lowest overall total cost. The contract term extends from the award date until all goods are delivered, not to exceed one fiscal year, with delivery terms set as F.O.B. destination to Princeton, West Virginia. Vendors must be registered with the WV State Purchasing Division and compliant with the WVSOS, Tax Department, Worker's Compensation, and Unemployment Insurance. Payment will be made in arrears via electronic funds transfer or P-Card, and pricing must remain firm for the life of the contract. Bids must be submitted by October 8, 2026, via wvOASIS, fax, or physical delivery, as email submissions are not accepted.
