The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is contemplating issuance of a purchase order pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13.106-1(b) on a sole source basis with University of the Ozarks, 415 N. The purpose of this requirement is to provide Armadillo husbandry research services to include materials and labor supporting studies such as those on selective breeding for tameness and dietary requirements.
