Armitage Deck Renovations
The Project generally consists of the replacement of the existing deck located at Armitage Golf Club to include reconfiguration of stairs and ramps, new foundations and posts, new deck joists and guardrails, and new decking material.
All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). The successful bidder will be required to post a performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on July 13, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., 800 Orr’s Bridge Road, Mechanicsburg, PA in the Armitage Meeting Room.
Bid Proposals will be opened 11:15 a.m. on July 27, 2026 with bid results made available shortly thereafter.
