This solicitation is a 100 percent Small Business set-aside issued by DLA Land and Maritime to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for the direct replenishment of transparent vehicular window armor. The resulting agreement will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract with annual price adjustments, featuring a three-year base period and two optional one-year extensions for a total potential duration of five years. Because the government lacks complete technical data, the procurement is restricted to approved sources, specifically identifying AM General LLC and Patriot Armored Systems, LLC as approved providers for the required part number. The acquisition follows FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial products, with an estimated annual demand of 3,438 units. Award decisions will be determined based on a combination of price, proposed delivery schedules, and past performance. This requirement falls under NAICS code 336390 and is managed through the DLA Land and Maritime office in Columbus, Ohio.
