The contract pertains to a task order under an existing indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Architect-Engineer contract focused on professional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering and design services for Region 1 of the General Services Administration Public Buildings Service. This specific task order involves developing a performance-based construction specification for various energy conservation measures (ECMs) at two federal buildings in Providence, Rhode Island: the Providence Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, and the John O.
