Arroyo High School Site Preparation And Portable Relocation Project

Bid #2026-27-B4: The project involves comprehensive site preparation and the relocation of existing portable buildings at Arroyo High School. Key tasks include demolition of existing structures and hardscape, extensive grading and earthwork, and the installation of new hardscape elements such as concrete pavements, driveways, curbs, gutters, ramps, and stairs. The contractor is responsible for installing all new underground utility infrastructure, including electrical, low voltage, and fire alarm tie-ins, to serve both new and relocated portable buildings. Four existing portable buildings will be relocated to the South parking lot, requiring additional site preparation and utility connections at the new location. The scope also includes the installation of treated wood foundations, wood siding, flashing, sheet metal, painting, decorative metal fences and gates, wire mesh partitions, and signage. All work must be coordinated with the District, Construction Manager, school site, and portable building vendor.
