This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516. 


USDA Agricultural Research Service requires a Reflectance Spectrophotometer. Must include at a minimum a Performance Assurance (PA) Program (2-YEAR) and Onsight Instrument Training.


Fill out attachment C04a_BOM and all line items to be considered for award.
