The Federal Aviation Administration is soliciting the acquisition of an ARSR4 Collector Power Supply Test Station (CPSTS), including the necessary test adapters and repair software to test and repair Collector Power Supply (CPS) and Preamplifier Power Supply (PPS) units. The contractor is responsible for the design and manufacture of the test unit and the associated test process, ensuring the final product is delivered in a normally operating, serviceable condition. Key deliverables include the production CPSTS unit, a datasheet, a comprehensive block diagram with schematics and theory of operation, and an initial engineering report. Proposals must be submitted via email by November 19, 2026, and must include a screening information request, a pricing proposal, and a detailed technical proposal. Delivery of the hardware is required within 224 days of the contract date, with final inspection and acceptance occurring at the FAA Logistics Center in Oklahoma City.
