City of Lancaster AS-NEEDED ASPHALT MATERIALS 007-27 Closing Date: 12/03/2026 2:00:00 PM PT Details: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lancaster (“City”) will receive electronic bids for the IFB NO. 007-27 TITLE: Asneeded Asphalt Materials no later than Thursday, December 3rd, 2026, at 2:00 PM (PST). The electronic bids shall be submitted through the City’s electronic bid management system (PlanetBids PB™). It is the responsibility of the Bidder to submit their bid with sufficient time for it to be received by PlanetBids (PB™) prior to the bid opening date and time.
