1.01 Project Summary Contract Type: As-Needed Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services Contract Number: Project ID Project Title: Project Title Funding: Local Funding Source 1.02 Project Description: Contract Description 1.03 Contract Duration: The Contract duration is Contract Duration (in Years) , with two options for the Airport to extend the term for an additional one year each, beginning on the date the Contract is certified by the Controller. In accordance with Francisco Administrative Code Section 6.64(a), regardless of the Contract duration, no Contract Service Order (CSO) will be issued after four years from the certification date of the Contract. If the Contract durations is less than four years, CSOs may by issued throughout the entire Contract duration.
