The State of Iowa is seeking Bidders to provide various landscaping services, to include but not limited to, site prep, planting, mulching, weeding, edging, and cleanup on the Capitol Complex and State facilities in the Des Moines Metro area.
The goal is to maintain an attractive and weed-free appearance in landscaped areas.
This is a new contract. There is no sales history to share.
The resulting contract(s) is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for landscaping goods and services. The Bidder shall furnish labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals for task orders issued under this Agreement. Individual task orders will define specific work locations, drawings (if any), quantities, schedules, and deliverables.
The State reserves the right to award multiple contracts following this Request for Bids.
