Bid #13252: The County of San Diego requires as-needed plumbing services for various county facilities, including administrative buildings, libraries, jails, and parks. The scope includes repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency work on systems such as drain/sewage lines, toilets, sinks, faucets, pipes, and water heaters. The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency response capability, with a 2-hour on-site arrival for emergencies and a 24-hour response for non-emergencies. Work will be issued via individual Task Orders, each not to exceed $50,000. The contract is subject to California prevailing wage laws and DIR registration. All personnel requiring access to facilities must undergo security screening and background checks.
