The State of Utah Division of Purchasing, in collaboration with the Division of Wildlife Resources, is seeking to establish a contract through a competitive Invitation for Bids (IFB) process limited to prequalified vendors. The contract aims to secure services for lop and scatter operations, with detailed specifications available in Attachment B. The project is scheduled to be performed between September 9, 2025, and November 21, 2025, and vendors must guarantee their pricing throughout this period. While a mandatory site visit is not required, bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the project site to understand the conditions that may impact performance and costs, as failure to do so will not be accepted as a basis for claims after contract award. The procurement process is expected to award a single contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with contract values estimated between $100,000 and $500,000. Bidders should be aware of potential fire restrictions during the performance window, which could influence operational procedures. The solicitation was posted on August 14, 2025, with a response deadline of August 28, 2025. Interested vendors can find additional details and submit responses through the provided online link.
