The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide construction of the entrance station to Gunlock State Park. Mandatory Site Visit: Bidder must attend in person the MANDATORY SITE VISIT on August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. We will meet at Gunlock State Park, 1450 Gunlock Road, Gunlock, UT 84733. See Attachment B Section 9 for more information.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: Substantial Completion Date: January 1, 2027.
