The Justification and Approval document numbered 26-0064, dated December 18, 2025, formally supports this non-competitive procurement. The contract does not fall under FAR Part 12 commercial items procedures, and while the government is not seeking bids, subcontracting opportunities are available through direct contact with Northrop Grumman.
