ASH North America — Snow and ice equipment

Sourcewell, a Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, has established a Master Agreement with ASH North America, Inc. (dba Aebi-Schmidt North America) for the procurement of snow and ice handling equipment, supplies, and accessories. This cooperative purchasing solution is designed for use by governmental, educational, nonprofit, and tribal agencies across the United States and Canada. The scope of work focuses on turn-key solutions, including plows, blowers, distribution equipment, and related maintenance services, ensuring that all equipment is delivered in operational condition and meets current safety and regulatory standards. The contract is structured as an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity agreement with an estimated total value of 107.3 million dollars. The initial term is four years, expiring on June 11, 2030, with the possibility of extensions up to a total of seven years. Award decisions were based on a trade-off methodology using a 1,000-point scale, with the highest weights assigned to pricing, the depth and breadth of offered solutions, and the ability to sell and deliver solutions. Performance is measured by adherence to industry-standard warranties and the functional delivery of systems to participating entities.
