This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), located in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for ASPHALTIC COMPOUND. This solicitation will be competed as a UNRESTRICTED.


Solicitation Details
Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotations (RFQ) N0017426Q1056. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 324122 and the associated small business size standard is 1000 employees.
