This Request for Proposal (RFP) HHS-ASPR-16-100-SOL-00023 solicits offers for administrative and professional staffing services in support of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response's (ASPR) mission. This RFP does not commit the Government to pay for the preparation or submission of a proposal.
